The Fool sees right through the person on your mind. The card knows for sure that they are operating from a place of pure, unburdened potential, not from a place of calculated plans. There is no hidden agenda present. They are driven by a desire for a new experience, an adventure, or a spontaneous connection. On the downside, this person seems to lack the foresight or commitment you are looking for. In other words, they are curious but not ready to commit just yet. 

The Fool in love sees that person considering you their leap of faith. You are the embodiment of a new beginning for them. Their intention with you is just to explore this little connection with an open heart and a sense of wonder. Sweet indeed, but this mindset suggests that they are not thinking about the future. They are living in the present moment with you, for better or worse. 

The Fool in career describes a person - a colleague, mentor, or contact - who wished to collaborate to try something new and innovative. They see potential in a joint venture or an idea that is as untested as it is exciting. If you expect them to approach it with a rigid business plan, you’ll be disappointed. All they are armed with is pure optimism and a belief in possibility. While this can be incredibly energizing, you’d be better off with a more structured partner. 

As a feeling, the Fool is the epitome of giddiness. You feel as if you are standing on the edge of a cliff, ready to jump but not knowing what's below. That mix of excitement, hope, and naivete tickles your belly when you think of this person. This feeling is a direct reflection of their intentions. They make you feel like anything is possible, because with them, in this moment, it is.
