The Justice card in career sees you soon arriving at the “Fairness” station. If you are diligent, ethical, and skilled, your career path will lead to a well-deserved reward, a contract signed, or a legal victory that solidifies your position. Alternatively, if you choose to cut corners, allow ethical lapses, or put in unbalanced efforts, this path will inevitably take you straight to a moment of accountability where the truth will be laid bare. The result? A setback or a need for restitution.

When it comes to a yes or no, the Justice gives you an unflinching “Yes. This **is** the right career path right now. If your intentions are pure and your work is honest, that is.” Believe it or not, the path is actually neutral. It’s all about your decisions determining the outcome. 

The Justice card has this piece of advice to spare: conduct a rigorous audit of your career right now. Take the scales and weigh all your actions. Are you giving as much as you are taking? Are your contracts and agreements clear and fair? Are you acting with integrity? If not, karma will get to you.
